Whether it's a fitment issue or a change of mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the trails as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all bolts, spacers, or instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Uberbike

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value drivetrain components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
