How do I know which brake pads are compatible with my bike?
You can find compatibility information on each product page under the 'Compatibility' tab. We offer pads for all major brands including Shimano, SRAM, Magura, and Hope. If you are unsure, please contact our support team with your brake model number.
What is the difference between your different brake pad compounds?
We offer several compounds: Semi-Metallic for everyday versatility, Sintered for wet and muddy conditions, and Race Matrix for high-performance braking with superior heat management and longevity.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1-3 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take between 5-12 business days depending on the selected service.
Can I return a component if it has been fitted to my bike?
For safety and quality reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original packaging and have not been fitted or used. If you have a fitment issue, please contact us before attempting installation.
Do you offer a warranty on Uberbike components?
Yes, all Uberbike components come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper installation.
